A few of the larger Swiss Army knives from Victorinox include a narrow screwdriver on the back side of the blade, in the space between the awl and the corkscrew or Phillips screwdriver. This blade is longer and sturdier than the small screwdriver on the end of the can opener.
Because it is mounted on the knife's midpoint, you can get quite a bit of leverage on the blade (though it is possible to twist the end of the blade if you turn too hard).
