Victorinox Cuticle Pusher

The Victorinox cuticle pusher is found on a few of the smaller 2 1/4" (58 mm) Swiss Army knives. It's a small curved tool with blunt edges that, as its name implies, is good for pushing back the cuticles on your fingernails.

Uses: To use the cuticle pusher, just push against the cuticles growing at the base of your fingernails or toenails. This tool also works well as a small spatula.

HINT: If you want to make your ice cream last a re-e-e-eally long time, use the cuticle pusher as a tiny spoon.

There really isn't anything else like the cuticle pusher, on other Victorinox, Wenger or Leatherman tools. You could probably use a screwdriver or dull knife blade instead.
