| DESCRIPTION |
|
The Wenger SwissBuck SwissMate II Swiss Army knife is a special
Wenger pocket knife that was produced for a few year as part of the SwissBuck series.
This knife was Buck model #87552.
The SwissMate II pocket knife is retired, but it is sometimes available
in new or used condition. It's a collector's item that sells at a very
premium price. If you just want a practical large pocket knife with a
similar set of tools, consider getting a Victorinox Atlas instead.
NOTE-- Just to be illogical, the SwissBuck II
has more tools than the SwissBuck III.
NOTE-- There were two other,
similar versions of this model-- the SwissMate
I (similar to the Wenger Century knife) and SwissMate
III (similar to the Wenger Mountaineer knife). |
| WEIGHT |
| The SwissMate
II knife weighs about 188.9 grams (6.6 oz). It's a hefty
knife that is about 22mm thick (7/8"). |
