The Victorinox SwissTool X is built with the same Swiss
precision as the regular Swiss Army knives,
but it has a design that is similar to
the popular Leatherman tools.
This model is similar to the regular SwissTool, but it has a
pair of scissors instead of a serrated
blade.
The SwissTool X is made from solid stainless steel. It includes
a large set of pliers, with eleven implements
folded into the handles. All of the SwissTool
implements lock open, for safer
and more effective operation (you push
on a knurled knob to release each tool,
when you are ready to fold it back into the handles).
The fold-out tools on the SwissTool are mounted on the outside
of the handles. That makes them more accessible, when the tool
is folded closed.
