The Victorinox SwissChamp XAVT is an extremely large Swiss Army
knive.
To be perfectly honest, this gnarly ogre of a "pocket" knife
is so wide that it's not that easy to actually use. It's more
something to bring out to impress people who are impressed by
such things-- that is, pretty much anyone of the male species.
To fill up space, Victorinox even threw some duplicated tools
into the XAVT (two sets of identical bit drivers, two hooks, two
fine screwdrivers, and a combo can/bottle opener along with a regular
can opener and bottle opener). This model adds only one new tool
that is not found in smaller Swiss Army knives (a watch opener).
We only rarely have them available, and when we do it's at an
eXcessive price that matches its eXcessive feature set! If you
really just
want a monster pocket knife that can do everything, you'll probably
be happier with the only slightly less excessive SwissChamp
XLT. |
