Victorinox SwissChamp Original Swiss Army Knife

DESCRIPTION

The Victorinox SwissChamp Original Swiss Army knife is the very first version of the modern SwissChamp. It didn't include a hook, it came with more "vintage" versions of the scissors and corkscrew, and it also included a narrower set of pliers.

The SwissChamp was the first Swiss Army knive to include the brand-new pliers, back in 1987. Victorinox made them about 25% thicker in approximately 1989.

Since it wasn't produced for very long, this model is a scarce collector's item that sells at a premium price. If you just want a practical large knife, consider the modern SwissChamp Swiss Army knife, instead.
