The Victorinox Soldier Swiss Army knife is a very tough and compact pocket knife-- it is the same model that was standard issue to soldiers in the actual Swiss army until 2009! This model comes with a light and practical alox finish.

In 2009, Victorinox retired the Soldier knife, and replaced it with the Soldier Standard Issue, which is an 111mm knife with an olive-drab shell.

NOTE-- Unlike other Swiss Army knives, the Solder shows the year of issue at the base of the large blade.

Cadet-- Replaces reamer with a nail file, adds key ring
Electrician--Replaces can opener with an electrician's blade
Pioneer-- Adds a key ring
Pioneer Rancher-- Replaces can opener with a pruning blade
