In 1987, Victorinox revamped the original Golfer knife by increasing its size from 84mm to 91mm (or 3 1/4" to 3 1/2"), and adding a pen and mini-screwdriver. This new variation only lasted until 1991, when it split into two different models-- a new (and final) Golfer with a divot repair tool, and the first version of the Compact knife (which added a hook and straight pin).

This transitional version of the Golfer knife is no longer produced by Victorinox, but it is sometimes available as a used knife. It is a vintage knife that we sell at a premium price, for collectors. If you just want a practical pocket knife for use while golfing, consider the modern GolfTool, or the Golf Pro pocket knife from Wenger. The final version of the Golfer is also a possibility, since it is more common than this model.
