| DESCRIPTION |
|
In 1973 Victorinox added a magnifier and
Phillips screwdriver to the Vintage
Champion knife,
and made their "top of the line" knife one layer
thicker. This version of the Champion stayed
champion for about 15 years, until it was replaced
by a revised version of the Champion that
added a chisel on the back, and then a still later Champion that
added a hook.
NOTE-- In 1986, Victorinox added a set of pliers
to the Champion, and introduced the SwissChamp knife
(which also evolved through several versions during its production).

| WEIGHT |
| The Original
Champion knife weighs about 147.2 grams (5.2 oz). |
