The Victorinox Smoth Baker's Swiss Army knife is a long, single-blade folding pocket knife that includes a sharp, curved blade with a plain edge. It's the ideal tool for cutting bread or bagels.

This knife comes in a light but sturdy smooth aluminum alox body.

The Smoth Baker's Knife also is a decent tool for light pruning in the garden or hedge, or harvesting vegetables. It's similar to the Pruner knife, but with a much lighter body and blade.

This model is no longer in production, but it is occasionally available as a used knife. It is scarce, and sells at a premium, for collectors.

NOTE-- There is also a version of the Baker's knife with a serrated edge. It is much more common, and sells at a more reasonable price. Consider the Serrated Baker's knife if you just want a practical, single-blade pocket knife.
