The Victorinox Serrated Baker's Swiss Army knife is a single-blade folding pocket knife that includes a sharp, curved blade with a serrated edge. It's the ideal tool for cutting bread or bagels.

This knife comes in a light but sturdy smooth aluminum alox body.

The Serrated Baker's Knife also is a decent tool for light pruning in the garden or hedge, or harvesting vegetables. It's similar to the Pruner knife, but with a serrated edge and a much lighter body and blade.

NOTE-- This model has also been called a Twine Cutter knife, since it's also perfect for cutting twine on hay bales or packages.

This model is no longer in production, but it is occasionally available as a used knife. It is becoming scarce, and sells at a moderate premium-- though it's still reasonable enough that you could use it as a practical knife.

NOTE-- There is also a version of the Baker's knife with a plain edge. It is rarer, and sells at a higher price.

The standard serrated Baker's knife is available only in smooth red alox shells.

This model was frequently used for advertising, with company names or logos printed on the shells. Those knives come in a variety of colors.
