Wenger Wood Saw With Ruler

This tools is very similar to the standard Wenger Wood Saw, but also has a handy ruler along the dull edge, and slightly more, finer teeth. This saw is found on the Wenger PocketGrip, and may be on other Grip series knives.

The wood saw works best in materials less than 2" in diameter-- we have used it to cut through a piece of 2x4 lumber (40 x 80 mm) in less than a minute.

You can use the wood saw to cut wider pieces of firewood by making two cuts in a "v" shape, and working all around the outside until it is narrow enough to snap.

HINT-- Use light pressure when using the wood saw and be careful that it doesn't bind, since it can bend at the base and eventually snap off if used with too much force.
