Victorinox Retractable Pen

Many of the smaller 2 1/4" (58mm) Swiss Army knives from Victorinox include a retractable ball point pen. This ink in the pen is pressurized, so it works even when you hold it sideways or upside down.

It's very handy to have a pen "on call", though you might want to conserve its use since its replacement cost is way higher than a cheapo ballpoint pen.

HINT-- It's easier to write with the retractile pen if you also open the nail file, and press it against the base of your finger.

Other Pens

Some of the larger Swiss Army knives include a detachable ball point pen in a third slot, in addition to the traditional tweezers and toothpick. It's a larger pen than the one included in the small knives.
