Small Leatherman PST Pliers

Most Leatherman tools come with pliers (the others usually come with scissors instead.) The pliers also function as wire cutters.

These pliers are found on PST models from 1996, when Leatherman added the hard wire cutting notch, until 2001, when Leatherman switched to a larger hinge.
