Leatherman Clip Point Knife |

This clip point blade that is 1 5/8" / 40 mm long is only found on the Leatherman Micra.
The clip point knife blade has a fairly slender point, so its tip can reach into tight spots. It's also a bit more dangerous to use than the drop point blade, since you can stab yourself with it if not careful. This tool is manufactured from a very hard form of stainless steel, so it holds an edge for a long time, and can be easily re-sharpened. The clip point blade will corrode if exposed to strong acids, or if it is used in a salty environment for long periods of time. However, like all of the other Leatherman implements, in normal use it is fairly resistant to corrosion. |
