Green Painted Leatherman Micra

Green Painted Leatherman Micra tools came with a baked enamel finish applied directly to the outside of the tool. Unfortunately, the surface was not tough enough, and it wore off quickly in the usual abrasive pocket environment. Later colored micras have jackets made out of plastic or anodized aluminum.

Painted Micra tools were produced from 1999 until early 2001, and were also available in red and blue. We only rarely see painted Micras in good condition, and we sell them as collector's items at a premium price.

Victorinox Classic-- no phillips driver, smaller scissors and tweezers, adds toothpick
Victorinox Rambler-- smaller scissors and tweezers, adds toothpick
Victorinox Sportsman-- no scissors, adds awl and corkscrew, larger size
