Leatherman Charge ALX Tool

The Leatherman Charge ALX is the successor to the Charge XTi. It contains identical tools, but has lightweight aluminum shells instead of titanium.

The Charge ALX has blades forged from tough 154 CM stainless steel. It contains a large set of pliers (combination needle-nose, regular pliers and wire cutters) with a crimper. It also features a serrated blade with a cutting hook, and two large bit drivers.

All new Charge tools come with a set of additional bits for the bit drivers, as well as lanyard rings and side clips which can be attached to the tool if desired. Since these items get lost very easily, no used tools contain these items.

Victorinox Ranger-- no pliers or cutting hook, adds corkscrew, chisel and package hook
Wenger PocketGrip-- no cutting hook or ruler, separate wood saw and metal saw (retired)
